About CueBoard
We're building the tool
we wish existed
CueBoard was born from a simple frustration: product teams have more customer data than ever, but still can't answer "what should we build next?"
Our Story
From frustration
to focus
Every product team faces the same problem: feedback is everywhere — support tickets, Slack channels, sales calls, app reviews, surveys. The signal is there, but it's buried in noise across a dozen tools.
PMs spend hours manually tagging tickets, building spreadsheets that go stale, and defending roadmap decisions based on gut feel rather than evidence. The result? Teams ship features nobody asked for while the real pain points collect dust in a Zendesk queue.
We built CueBoard to fix this. An AI-native platform that listens to every customer conversation, clusters feedback automatically, and surfaces what to build next — ranked by impact, backed by customer quotes.
No more guessing. No more spreadsheets. Just clarity.
Our Mission
Make product decisions
evidence-based, not opinion-based
We believe every feature on your roadmap should have a number behind it — customers affected, revenue at stake, and urgency score. Product decisions should be as data-driven as marketing spend.
How We Work
Evidence over opinions
We don't trust gut feel — not for our customers, and not for ourselves. Every decision needs data behind it.
Ship fast, learn faster
We're building in public with real users. Every feature is informed by direct feedback from the people who use it.
Customer obsession
We're dogfooding our own product. CueBoard is built using CueBoard — if we can't solve our own problem, we have no business solving yours.
The Founder
Built by someone who lived the problem
Founder
Gourav Kakkar
Product builder who has scaled products to 10M+ users. Spent years watching product teams drown in feedback scattered across a dozen tools — building spreadsheets that go stale, defending roadmaps with gut feel instead of data.
Previously led product at high-growth startups where shipping fast wasn't the problem — knowing what to ship was. Saw the same pattern everywhere: customer insights existed, but were buried in Zendesk queues, Slack threads, and sales call recordings that nobody had time to synthesize.
Built CueBoard because product decisions shouldn't be opinions. They should be evidence.
